As of September 2026, Coastworks AI is a Buderim consultancy that builds custom websites, email marketing and AI automations for Australian small businesses. Founded in July 2026, it is run by its founder, and every system it sells runs on its own business first.

AI automations: the Engine on a server you own, with read-only links to the tools you already use, a daily report every morning, and element packs for marketing, accounts, operations, sales and service.
AI search and SEO: set up the right way so Google, Bing and the AI answers above the results show your business for what you do and where you are.
Every price is published on the homepage. There are no hourly rates.
How we work
You own everything. Every account, every password and every server is in your name. We guide by screen share, hold a temporary key to your server while we build, and remove it at handover.
Every job starts with a one page inclusions sheet we both sign before any invoice: what is being built, what you pay us, and what it costs to run.
Nothing reaches a customer of yours without your approval. Every email, quote and reminder the system drafts waits for your say so.
We reply within 4 business hours, from a person, and we will tell you when not to hire us.
Who is behind it
Marlowe Bennett founded Coastworks AI after 30 years in service businesses, close to 20 running his own, and the past 3 building AI systems for them: a subscription publishing business where the system researches, drafts and publishes every day, and a daily video production business run the same way. You deal with him on every job.
Where we are
Buderim, on the Sunshine Coast. We work in person across the Coast, Brisbane is an easy drive, and the rest of Australia is served by screen share.
