We build small business websites the other way around. Each one is designed around the one thing a customer comes to do, asking for a quote, booking a time or placing an order, with the systems behind the page that answer the enquiry, follow it up and tell you about it the next morning. Every build starts with what you already know about the business: how you talk to customers, what matters to them, and what the site has to do first. Each design is custom to your business, which is why the demonstration builds all look different from each other.
Why build it on your own server?
Because a website on a builder platform is on borrowed space. You pay every month and you cannot take the site with you. The systems that make a website earn its keep cannot run there either: the enquiry answered while you are on a job, the booking confirmed, the follow-up sent. On your own server the hosting costs about $15 to $25 a month, the domain about $25 a year, and every piece is owned outright, never rented. Your server keeps serving the site whether we are involved or not.
What about my current website?
WordPress sites move across as they are. Wix, Squarespace and GoDaddy builder sites cannot be copied out, so we build fresh on your server and bring your pages, photos and customer list with you. Your email is separate from your website and is not touched: we copy your domain settings before changing anything and test your email both ways afterwards. Shopify and other online store platforms stay exactly where they are. We do not rebuild or connect to them, and we will say so honestly if that means this build is not for you.
Can I see one?
Yes. We built nine demonstration websites for nine fictional businesses to show the standard: a plumber, a physio, a pub, a lawn round, a cafe, a bookkeeper, a dog groomer, a guitar journal and a paid newsletter. Each has Google's speed and search scores on the page, a 30 second tour, and colour buttons that change the whole palette with one click. All nine are on our website demonstration builds page.

For a running business whose website needs replacing, the Website + Email Build is $5,950 one-off. That price includes the Engine, the new website and customer email system built with you, and all five element packs. The Full Business Launch is $8,900 one-off, for a business that does not exist yet: website, email, payments, billing and launch content, set up ready to trade from week one. Both include 90 days of support. Running costs are yours and never marked up: your server at $15 to $25 a month, your domain at about $25 a year, and email sending as your list grows.
