It is Sunday night and you have opened the newsletter platform you signed up to in March. Same blank page as last time. Your customer list sits there, everyone who has bought from you or asked about you, and the last thing any of them got from you was the Christmas closing dates. You close the tab and pay for another month.
That happens because writing to a list is one more job at the end of a day of real jobs, so it never gets done. Under our Marketing element, the writing is the part we take off you. Your email list grows from your own site, the welcome emails arrive written in your voice, and each week's email lands on your phone as a draft, waiting for your approval before it goes anywhere.
Who is this for?
Any business with customers who come back: cafes, salons, clinics, tradies with maintenance work, studios and consultants, on the Sunshine Coast or anywhere in Australia. If you have more than a few dozen past customers and no small business newsletter going out to them, this is the page.
It is also for the owner who has been told to start a newsletter for years and never has, because the problem was never the platform.
What do we actually set up?
The whole loop, from the form on your website to the numbers in your morning report.
| The piece | What we do | What it fixes |
|---|---|---|
| The list | A sign-up form on your own website, with something worth signing up for, and your existing customers brought across from the tools you already use | Names sitting in five places and reaching none of them |
| The welcome | A short series of emails, written in your voice, that goes out to every new subscriber automatically | New sign-ups hear nothing and forget you |
| The weekly email | Drafted for you from what is happening in your business, waiting on your phone for a tap, then sent | The newsletter that never gets written |
| The sending | Your own sending domain, set up so your emails can prove they are really from you, with one-click unsubscribe and consent records kept | Emails that land in spam |
| The numbers | Subscribers, opens and clicks in your morning report, beside your sales | You send and never know if anyone read it |
Everything is written in your voice, calibrated at the start from how you actually write and talk, and nothing is sent until you have read it and approved it.
How is it different from a newsletter platform?
A platform gives you a blank page and a monthly bill. What you get from us is the finished email, and a bill that stays small. Most platforms charge by the number of contacts you hold, so the cost climbs as your list grows whether you send anything or not. Our email system runs on your own small piece of hardware in the cloud and sends through a service that charges only for what goes out, which for a small business list is a few dollars a month. Keep your platform running alongside it if you like. Most of what it was doing for you moves here.
Can I do this myself?
The list and the form, yes. Put a sign-up form on your website, export your customer list from your booking system or your point of sale as a spreadsheet, and load it into any email tool with a free plan. That takes an afternoon.
What does not get done is the writing: the welcome series, the weekly email, the reply when someone writes back. That is where every good intention stops, and it is the part we build. Drafts arrive, you approve, edit or reject each one, and the series keeps running whether you had a good week or a flat one.
What does it cost?
Email marketing is part of the Marketing element: $950 as an added pack on the Engine, or the pack included with the Engine at $3,500. The Website + Email Build at $5,950 builds a new website and the customer email system together on your server, with all five elements included. For a business that does not exist yet, the Full Business Launch at $8,900 sets email up from day one alongside the website, payments and billing. Running costs are yours and never marked up: email sending as your list grows.
Prices are flat and published on our homepage, and you own every piece of what we build, the list included. Nothing here is rented.
What have we done with it?
We run it ourselves. This website delivers our free guide to your inbox within 2 minutes of a sign-up, followed by a welcome series we wrote once and approved once, sent automatically ever since. The same system runs a subscription publishing business we operate, where the sign-up series is opened by 84% of new readers and the whole thing sends thousands of emails a week for a few dollars. Every series we build for a client is rebuilt in their voice from what we learned there. The words are always theirs.
How does it start?
Tell us where your customer list lives now, and answer a few short questions about your business. The 60 minute consult is $295, credited toward a build, and we will tell you what your list could be doing by the end of it.
Flat prices. No hourly rates. Your accounts, your passwords, your systems.
